Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the photographs on our greeting cards may appear differently on different monitors. We try to portray our photographs to show them as accurately as possible on our website. But please understand that the actual colors of the image may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portray the true colors of the photograph on the greeting card.
Shipping to Locations Within the US
For orders over $50 US-Dollars we offer free ground shipping to all 48 continental States. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii and the US-Territories.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and the US-Territories we charge the current carrier-calculated shipping rates.
Greeting cards are typically shipped 3 to 5 business days after you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed.
After your order has been shipped we will send you a carrier-provided tracking code.
Shipping to Locations Outside of the US
We generally ship to the following countries:
- United Kingdom
For shipments to these countries we charge the current carrier-calculated shipping rates. In addition, the customer is responsible for any custom duties, value-added-taxes (VAT) and any other charges which may be imposed directly by the destination country as a result of this purchase.
Returns and Refunds
We take special care to ship our handmade greeting cards to you in perfect condition. Should they arrive damaged, please let us know immediately under email@example.com
Our refund policy is limited to damaged or faulty greeting cards. Please provide us photographic proof of the damaged or faulty greeting card.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late of Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

f the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
